Rainbow Moonstone is part of the Feldspar mineral family along with classic white moonstone and labradorite. It has a pale body colour but displays an adularescence or schiller of blue and sometimes other colours from within the stone. As the stone or light source is moved the colour within the stone changes and moves producing a beautiful display.
